Blaine leaned down to kiss Jeff’s forehead. “Feeling any better?”
Jeff shook his head, closing his eyes again..

“Morning, sleepy head,” Blaine whispered.
“Hi,” Jeff mumbled.

Blaine watched Jeff sleep, tracing shapes into his husband’s arm.
After a few hours, Jeff woke up, groaning.

Blaine nodded. “Try to sleep, baby.”
Jeff nodded, making himself sleep.

Blaine reached forward and got the bottle, taking two out and handing them to Jeff.
“Thank you,” Jeff said after popping the pills.

Blaine frowned at that. “Did you take anything?”
“The Advil is too far away,” Jeff said, shaking his head.

“Why not?” Blaine asked.
“My brain is pummeling my skull,” Jeff mumbled.

“Sleep,” Blaine whispered. “I’ll be here when you wake up.”
“I can’t,” Jeff muttered.

“I love you,” Blaine whispered, tracing a finger over Jeff’s side.
“I love you too,” Jeff said, closing his eyes again.
